Bailey Caller is the Founder and Head Coach of BC1 Soccer Academy, bringing extensive experience from professional, semi-professional, collegiate, and youth development environments.

Originally from England, Coach Caller developed through the Mansfield Town FC Academy system before signing a semi-professional contract at just 16 years old. His playing and coaching journey has provided him with experience in high-level training environments focused on technical development, professionalism, discipline, and player growth.

At the collegiate level, Coach Caller was a three-time conference champion and made two NJCAA National Tournament appearances. His coaching background includes professional goalkeeper coaching experience within youth development programs and continued work with athletes of all ages and ability levels throughout the Tri-State area.

Coach Caller holds multiple coaching qualifications, including:
• Goalkeeper Level II License
• FA Level 1 License
• Current USSF D License pathway

Through BC1 Soccer Academy, Coach Caller is committed to providing professional, structured, and high-quality training that helps athletes build confidence, develop technical ability, and unlock their full potential both on and off the field.
